Speech & Debate

Speech & Debate is the fastest growing extracurricular activity in America. Getting involved now will allow you or your student to refine lifelong skills like public speaking, confidence, and critical thinking. There are also plenty of scholarships at the collegiate level of Speech & Debate that will help offset the costs of higher education.Included in this class package are unlimited Speech & Debate Practices and Workshops on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
The course is one semester long (August through December or January through May).
College Application Counseling

Lyceum Learning Center doesn’t stop at what is taught within the walls of our own institution. We desire Lyceum students and alumni to achieve their full academic potential. Due to the high demand, low supply, and (at times) prohibitively expensive services college counselors provide, we are giving back by assisting with essay writing. If so desired, our team would be happy to set up a 15 to 30 minute free consultation with you to see if our services meet your needs.
Philosophy Seminars
$449
Philosophy is one of the greatest studies undertaken throughout human civilization. From Socrates, to Plato, to Kant, to the modern day, philosophers throughout history have changed the way that we think, often without us realizing it. Join our philosophy workshops to learn about the history of thought and how to become the next great philosopher. Oftentimes, philosophy is perceived as out-of-touch with the concerns of day-to-day life, though when put in a digestible way, one will find the applicability of philosophy to their life as readily apparent.
Every seminar takes eight to ten weeks. Seminars begin the week following signing up.

Other Class Offerings

Lyceum also offers theater and film acting classes, filmmaking classes, content creation, video-editing, poetry (including spoken word poetry), history classes, literature study groups, screenwriting. Every offering takes eight to ten weeks. There are three times of the year to join: January, June, and August. Classes are two hours long once a week for 10 weeks.
Certificates of completion will be conferred upon completion of course requirements.
Academic Tutoring
$40 - $60 per hour
Lyceum Learning Center offers help for academic courses at your middle school, high school, or college. Reach out to us for help with your science, history, English, computer science, math, and other classes. Fill out a registration form to inquire if we offer services in your desired subject.
